River & Wren Market Booking Information

Please download the pdf application form (link below) complete and return it to River & Wren if you wish to have your very own Market Shop at the River & Wren Boutique Markets!

Applications will open approximately 6 weeks prior to each market date and will remain open until the market is full.

Applications will be individually assessed on a first come basis, so if you have a similar business to another who has already applied before you, they may be successful and you be unsuccessful.

It is in the interest of all our Market Shops that we do not have too many of the same type of shops at our markets as this will offer variety and provide a positive market experience for everyone including our customers.

Payment for your Market Shop

Direct deposit within 7 days of receiving your invoice is our preferred method of payment.  Please use your business name as the reference.

If payment is not received within 7 days, your position may be given to another market shop.

Cancellations

If you book for a market and find you will no longer be able to attend, please notify us immediately.

If you advise us at least thirty (30) days prior to the day of the market and the market is full and we are able to re-book your position for the full price we will refund your fees and only retain a $20 administration fee. If we do not fill your position no monies paid will be refunded except in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.

If you advise us of your cancellation within thirty (30) days of the day of the market but not less than 14 days and if the market is full and we can re-book your position for the full price we will refund 50% of your fees less the $20 application fee.  If we do not fill your position no monies paid will be refunded except in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.

No monies will be refunded if you advise us of your cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the day of the market.

No monies will be refunded if you do not turn up on market day.

Each market will commence rain, hail or shine.  We do not refund in the case of bad weather. We will do our best to accommodate for bad weather.
